Tickler Thirteen

In your own words: what is a belief? What is a judgment? Why is it important to be able to recognize your beliefs and judgments?

My take or make is it is useful to be mindfully aware of how one is doing themselves in creating their version of reality. That is why it is important. We paint our own tapestry, view, pictorially in our mind, and interpret, judge, whether that view is good, bad, or whatevers, and have a corresponding emotional reaction accordingly. When we cling, hold to that interpretation it is referred to as a belief? One of my favorite concepts is that life, as each experience it, is a 'do it to ourself' situation. hugfully Larry
