The Option Process Dialogue
The Option Process® Dialogue is a tool that will help you to create the best life you can imagine for yourself. Thousands and thousands of people have been empowered by this system and created themselves a happier life with more love, acceptance and confidence.
What makes the Option Process Dialogue special?
The Option Process® is designed to help you uncover and get rid off self-limiting beliefs and attitudes that fuel discomfort, distress, and self-sabotaging behaviors. This results in increased confidence, empowerment, happiness and clarity. It also establishes renewed sense of purpose (living our lives on our own terms), passion, and optimism.
As an Option Process® Mentor/ Counselor, I have done many sessions in as many different subjects. In each session, you will find me to be totally present, non-judgmental, accepting and loving towards you and your own process. I will listen carefully to everything you say and pay close attention to anything you do. Based on your statements and actions, I will ask simple questions that help you uncover the reasons you feel what you feel and do what you do. As we explore these reasons, you will gain a better understanding of yourself and your motivations. With this enhanced clarity and perspective, I will help you navigate the path of your life transition. I've found the Option Process Dialogue to be a wonderful experience in which people just like you challenge themselves to be all they can be and to find a path to comfort, empowerment and happiness.
You are the expert!
A core principal that makes this tool empowering to people who use it, is that no one knows better than you who you are, why you do the things you do, and what the best solutions are for your life. You pick the subject you want to explore during the session. You decide which beliefs work for you and which ones you want to change. My task is to help you gain clarity and find the beliefs and give you a comfortable space to work with them; I do not give advice or direction. You will discover brilliant clarity and personal power as you uncover and change the beliefs that make you who you are. Amazingly, you'll discover that the solving the challenges and making changes doesn't need to be hard, but instead, can be easy and fun!
